Constant Contact provides several tools to help you promote your business. One such application is the “screenshots” function. This function allows you to screenshots from the different web pages that you have on your site. You can use the same screenshots for different web pages for different categories. As shown in the below screenshots, I have posted some of the pages that I use for my various online activities:
o Google Goggles. Google Goggles is the latest Google search application. To enable this application, go to Settings and then Select Software. On the Select Software section, click Google Goggles and then click OK. The Google Goggles icon will appear on the desktop.
o Constant Contact’s “select software as shown in the below screenshot. To access Constant Contact’s select software tool, click on the “apselinks” link on the left-hand navigation panel. This link is displayed on the screen’s overflow menu. Once you have clicked on this link, you will be directed to the “select software” configuration page.
o Google Synchronization tool. To use Google Synchronization tool, click on the “apselinks” link on the left-hand navigation panel. This link is displayed on the screen’s overflow menu. Once you have clicked on this link, you will be directed to the “synchronize link” configuration page.
o Constant Contact’s contacts and calendar sync. To start the Google sync process, go to the Setting tab. On the General tab, click the link labeled “calendars”. If you have set up your constant contacts and calendar in Constant Contact Web, clicking the appropriate link will redirect you to the sync settings page.
To access Constant Contact Web from the software integration setup page, you need to click the Add contacts button. You can see a red pencil symbol in the upper right corner of the screen. On the software integration setup page, click on the pencil symbol. Then, type your first name, last name and the email address where you would like to import your contacts. Click on the Next button to proceed to the Last Name, First Name and Email field to complete the process of importing your data.
